All of the products you will find on our site are natural and organic, free of all man-made chemicals and manufactured with great care and respect for nature, the environment and for you. Many of the products are Certified Organic and none have been tested on animals.
We are constantly expanding our range of natural and organic products. If you would like to know more information about any of the products or how to treat any specific conditions, please use the ‘contact us’ page and we will be happy to give you any advice. ONLINE SHOP : This page will give you a breakdown of all the Product Houses which we have in our shop.
'CLICK' ON A PRODUCT HOUSE : This page will give you a listing of all the products available in the particular range. You will get a brief description on each product and a price.
PRODUCT DETAILS: This will give you a detailed description of the product, including all its ingredients and price.
RANGE: (at the top of the page) This will give you a listing of all the products from all the product houses which are similar. eg. If you find a soap which you like but would like to compare ALL the soaps in the store. Click on RANGE at the top of the page and this will give you a listing of every soap from all the various Product Houses.
CATEGORY: (at the top of the page) This will take you back to the Product House and a listing of all the products belonging to the range.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You may make payment either by electronic fund transfer/direct deposit or credit/debit card.
We will send you two e-mails.
A confirmation e-mail of your order, together with your postage/courier charges. This will reflect the total due for the order. Payment can be made via electronic transfer or direct deposit and we will provide you with our banking details. Please use your order number and surname as reference when making payment by eft or direct deposit. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Once proof of payment is received your order will be dispatched immediately. Some items we do not keep in stock, this is so that we have the freshest available product to offer you direct from our suppliers. If we do not have an item in stock and it has to be ordered, this may take 3-5 days to receive from our suppliers and then your order will be sent off asap!
Please note that it takes about 1-2 days for an amount to show up in our bank account. We would appreciate it if you would e-mail or fax proof of payment to us so that we can process your order and avoid any delays.
You will also receive an e-mail from us via "AlertPay". This is a credit/debit card facility should you wish to use that option of payment. This will provide you with details and a link to use to make payment using your debit/credit card. You will need to register your card with "AlertPay" so as to avoid any fraud. To sign up for an account and to make payments through "AlertPay" is FREE. Please ONLY use "AlertrPay" for credit/debit card payments. Once the funds have been cleared your order will be dispatched immediately.

Depending on volume and urgency, we have a number of postage options available.
LOCAL ORDERS
Collection:
Orders can be collected from our offices in Mount Edgecombe, KZN. Delivery to surrounding areas is possible, you will be advised on ordering whether you qualify for free delivery.
By Post:
Delivery is to any destination in South Africa via the local Post Office. This is charged on the weight of your order.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for the parcel to reach your nearest Post Office. If you choose this delivery option, please supply us with your postal address during checkout. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that you order has been dispatched together with a tracking number and a link to the post office website. This will allow you to track your parcel all the way to your local Post Office.

By Courier:
Courier service is available in South Africa to all major cities, towns and surrounding areas. It is quick and has a door to door service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There will be no deliveries weekends and on public holidays. If you choose this delivery option please supply us with your physical address where you would like to receive the parcel. Delivery will be within 24-48 hours for Major Centres Only.
The delivery charge is a flat rate which varies depending on where the order is going.
