DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS
Beauty by Nature markets and supplies a wide range of natural and organic products.
AGREEMENT OF SALE
An agreement of sale between Beauty by Nature and the customer is only valid once payment has been made and proof thereof has been received by Beauty by Nature. No orders will be dispatched unless full payment has been received.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY POLICY
Order processing will not begin until a confirmation e-mail has been sent by Beauty by Nature to the Customer and payment has been received in full.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all orders will be processed and dispatched within one working day. All orders are sent via either the Local Post Office, Courier or are available for Collection (please refer to the “Our Products” page).
The provision of goods by Beauty by Nature is subject to availability. Should a product not be available, you will be advised. Should you wish to continue the transaction, please allow 7 working days plus delivery time for your purchase to arrive. This will allow for the manufacturing company to deliver the goods to us so that we may supply you thereafter.
All attempts are made to deliver good timeously. Occasionally packages are returned being ‘undeliverable’. Should this happen, we will contact you to make arrangements for a re-delivery. Cost of re-delivery is for the account of the Customer.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
An order can be cancelled if payment has not yet been made. Once payment has been made an order may only be cancelled within 24 hours and before the order has been dispatched. A cancelled order will attract a 10% administration fee.
Once an order has been dispatched and received - if an incorrect item has been sent, please contact us immediately and we will track and correct the error. We will send a replacement item and all postage/courier charges will be covered by Beauty by Nature. Correctly supplied goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling charge, all postage/courier charges must be paid for by the Customer. All returned products will undergo an inspection and if not received in a re-saleable condition will not be credited. No used products will be refunded or exchanged.

PAYMENT & PRICING
Beauty by Nature endeavours to offer competitive pricing. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. All orders will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Payment will be made by direct deposit or electronic fund transfer. Our banking details will be supplied upon confirmation of your order.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy. All information you provide will only be used to process your orders, to inform you of new products, specials and any news relating to the products on our website. If at anytime you choose not to receive our newsletters, simply send us an e-mail with “unsubscribe” in the subject line. No information will be passed onto any third parties.
